91Ö±²¥â€™s Level 3 Business Studies students have been putting their entrepreneurial skills to good use, raising £94 for The Bolton Deaf Society.Ìý

The students deliveredÌýaÌýCollege basedÌýevent, and displayed their advertising, marketing and event management skills.ÌýAll worked together cohesivelyÌýwhilst promotingÌýthe importance of inclusion within College,Ìýone of itsÌýkey priorities.Ìý

The students split into three teams, with Shakil Patel leading Daniel Maguire, Angelina Jekobson and Joseph Gornall.ÌýNazishÌýYasinÌýmanagedÌýSana Hussain,ÌýArifaÌýHussain and Zainab Aslam, whilst Shiraz Ali and Haseeb Ahmed formed a team led by Mudassar Nadeem.ÌýÌý

Students not taking part dug deep and donated generously, and the courteous and professional attitude of the students involved in the event was commented upon.Ìý

AngelaÌýfrom The Bolton Deaf Society visited the College to collect the funds raised, and she was very impressedÌýwith the efforts made byÌýall ofÌýthe students.ÌýÌý

Going forward, the Business Studies Department has plans to strengthen bonds with neighbouring charitiesÌýby planning similar events.Ìý
