91直播鈥檚 Hairdressing and Barbering department is celebrating after three of its talented learners secured first place in a prestigious competition.

听

Hairdressing, Barbering and Media Make-up students travelled to Blackpool鈥檚 Winter Gardens to participate in the North West Association of Hairdressing Teachers (AHT) competitions.

听

Despite tough competition, Barbering Level 2 student Kajwan Jabary secured 1st place, wowing judges with his cut and finish on model Dominik Hlavac.

听

Callum Stamp and Annalise Heald were also triumphant, winning 1^st place in the bridal category for their stunning transformation of their model.

听

The winners will now complete in the national heats in March, and if they鈥檙e successful, they鈥檒l participate in the world skills finals later this year.

听

Tutor Mandy Molyneux said: 鈥淚鈥檓 delighted with these fantastic results. Our students have an immense amount of talent and the results of the competition reflect that.鈥�
